I am a 20something living in Minneapolis and I am in love with living my best life. Between creating healthy habits, finding awesome hacks, and soaking up self-development books and podcasts, on this blog I will basically spill my thoughts and findings on creating an overall lifestyle that helps me bring my best-self to my work, relationships, and live a more enjoyable and fulfilled life.

I have been interested in health for as long as I can remember, but finding a balance between being healthy while still enjoying life has taken work for me. I am thankful for what I have been through because it has taught me that living a wellness lifestyle without extremes is doable, and very worth it. I have also discovered so much about myself and the role that mindset plays in self-care.
My goal is to help people live their happiest and healthiest life in a fulfilling and enjoyable way. I wanted to create the place that I wish I had to go visit a couple years ago; a place to share my thoughts on personal development, living a wellness lifestyle, personal style, and more.
